The Bayswater Football Club is thrilled to announce the appointment of Paul McCormack as Senior Coach for the 2015 season.

We welcome Paul, his wife Julie and kids Jude and Mia into the Bayswater Football Club family.

Paul played with Carlton AFL and Norwood in the SANFL.

Originally from Scoresby, Paul played with North Melbourne's strong Under 19 side before transferring to Dandenong in the VFA.

After impressing in the VFA, Paul was drafted by Carlton at number 19 in the 1992 Pre Season Draft.

Paul made his senior debut in 1992 and after a short career with Carlton of 14 games he transferred to Norwood in SANFL.

In 1998 Paul won the Fos Williams Medal (best on ground) representing the SANFL against the WAFL.

Paul moved back to Melbourne in 2006 and began coaching East Ringwood for 4 seasons then began coaching Old Brighton Grammarians in the VAFA.

After a successful first season, Paul re-signed with Old Brighton in 2011 before accepting a role as assistant coach with the Oakleigh Chargers in the TAC Cup for the 2012 season.

As you can see from the bio, Paul brings to the club a huge amount of playing and coaching experience at all levels that is a major asset for improving our young list.

We would also like to thank Neil Winterton for his commitment and leadership as senior coach for the past three seasons, and wish him well as he takes on the job at Mitcham.

We are yet to formally appoint coaches for the Reserves and Under 19s but will be making those announcements shortly.
