Established in 1895, the Bayswater Football Club has been a vital part of the local community for over 125 years. In that time the club has continued to provide not only an enjoyable sporting environment, but also a pathway for players to realise their potential and compete at the highest level.
Affiliated with the Eastern Football Netball League, the biggest Australian rules football competition in terms of participation, we field a range of teams from our juniors through to our seniors in both men and women.
Our home ground, Bayswater Oval, is regarded as the showpiece of the Knox Council and the EFNL, with an average attendance in excess of 1,000 people. The ground has also hosted EFNL Premier Division finals since 2001, attracting crowds of over 10,000 for the showpiece of football in the eastern suburbs.
Our facilities had major works completed in 2012 which included the establishment of a permanent seating ring around Bayswater Oval, better spectator amenities, two elevated coaches boxes, as well as ground lighting for night football. A state of the art scoreboard was constructed in 2019 to further cement the status of number one venue in the league.
Our social club located upstairs includes seating for up to 200 people, superior balcony viewing of the ground, a fully catered bar, and television facilities. Members and their guests are always welcome to come upstairs and have a drink with the players or to just relax and enjoy the social atmosphere.
We welcome all players, sponsors or supporters down who want to be involved with the club.

Beat 'em all, beat 'em all
Every team in the EFL
Croydon, East Burwood and North Ringwood too
Doncaster, Mitcham to just name a few
But our only objective's the ball
Our big men look after our small
Our co-operation when we slap the pace on
Makes us the best team of all
